- Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations-related occupation.
- Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: Root cause analysis of ambiguous business problems. Presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership or executive influencing. Project management of multi-stakeholder initiatives, including risk mitigation. Aligning product solutions with customer business objectives. Strategic business analysis, including market analysis or evaluation of business models and KPIs
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000 - $222,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google Chicago, IL office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.
Responsibilities- Define comprehensive business strategies by performing in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to solve complex challenges and drive growth
- Synthesize actionable insights from sophisticated business modeling and data analysis to develop hypotheses and inform strategic recommendations for leadership
- Lead the successful implementation of large-scale change initiatives by creating actionable plans, defining project scope, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Design and manage operational cadences, processes, and programs to establish strong business rigor and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations and strategic narratives to influence executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for recommended courses of action. Cultivate trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to champion business objectives and ensure collaborative execution on critical programs. Domestic travel required.
