Commercial Scheduler II, C5 and NaphthaThe
Commercial Scheduler II, C5 and Naphtha will work in an open, fast-paced team of Commercial Schedulers in Houston to optimize commodities in Phillips 66's portfolio for both Commercial Supply and Trading positions. This role supports day-to-day scheduling and logistics execution, refinery support, product coordination, inventory monitoring, supplier performance, and collaboration across commercial and operating teams to improve reliability, efficiency, and business results.
What You'll Do- Schedule C5/Naphtha Waterborne/Pipeline for P66 Commercial to meet contractual commitments, manage inventories and support Midstream operations.
- Submit Vetting, Inspector Nominations and Export Compliance filings for each qualified vessel.
- Provide accurate Supply/Demand and Inventory positions to Commercial Trading in support of capturing market opportunities.
- Build strong internal and external relationships which distinguish Phillips 66 as an industry leader in integrity, professionalism and scheduling excellence.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with Movement Capture, Risk, F&PA and Inventory Accounting to ensure accurate entries and financial reporting in a timely manner.
- Identify and develop solutions for all logistical issues within the scope of the role.
- Reconcile monthly inventory (physical to book) and contract balances.
- Manage counterparty risks by working with Compliance and Credit teams to ensure all business transactions meet guidelines and limits established.
- Work closely with the Global LPG Trading - Waterborne team to help identify possible solutions to logistical constraints.
- Calculate complex pricing formulas and updating contracts as required.
- Approve/verify secondary cost invoices.
- Analyze cost drivers, market conditions, transportation options, inventory positions, and supply-chain risks to support commercial decisions.
- Coordinate contract and supplier activities and provide support for negotiations, renewals, and sourcing decisions.
- Monitor asset operations and inventory positions, proactively identifying constraints, risks, and opportunities to support value optimization and supply reliability.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements, maintaining desk documentation, and sharing best practices to improve efficiency and execution quality.
What You'll Bring - Required- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 3 or more years of experience in the energy industry supporting logistics, supply, and/or trading activities
- Intermediate or greater proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel and PowerBI
- Willing and able to work extended or non-standard hours as required to support scheduling operations

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance, technical, or engineering discipline
- Proficiency with SAP and commercial logistics or scheduling systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Compensation RangeThis position has a base salary range of $108,900 - $133,100. This role is eligible to participate in the company's commercial bonus program, offering the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on business and individual performance, in accordance with program guidelines.
