DescriptionResponsibilities:Analysts will get exposure to a broad range of deals and transactions across a variety of property types, client types, and markets. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Perform market and property research to be used in analyses, valuations, and marketing materials
- Create comparable analyses
- Excel modeling and valuation work
- Work on the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials including offering memoranda, proposal packages, and sales collateral
- Assist in deal management efforts
- Analyze, review, and interpret real estate diligence material
- Travel to properties to provide brokers and clients with informed insights
- Contribute to ad-hoc business projects related to client requests and strategic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in CRE or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excel valuations and financial analysis experience preferred
- Working knowledge of financial statements
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
- Demonstrated interest in real estate industry
