About the role you're considering Provide strong commercial project management leadership to support the integration, ensuring alignment, structure, and execution of the commercial operating model and go-to-market approach.
Your Role • Act as the backbone of the commercial sub team, ensuring structure and continuity
• Lead the integration of the commercial workstream end-to-end
• Drive alignment across stakeholders while keeping teams on track
• Consolidate and own the commercial integration and execution plan
• Ensure coordination, follow-up, and delivery of key milestones
• Support launch planning and readiness activities
• Provide global coordination, with attention to both US and Europe
• Ensure accountability across stakeholders (not just coordination).
Your skills and experience • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of go-to-market / launch environments.
• 10+ Years of experience in Project Management with Commercial Strategy-Develop launch and growth strategies for pharmaceutical products.
• Proven experience with Product launch management - ensure readiness across supply chain, medical affairs, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams.
• Experience in sales & marketing support - partner with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Create marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Experience in Forecasting & business planning: build sales forecasts and demand projections and Track product performance against targets.
• Solid understanding of Market access & pricing - support pricing and reimbursement strategies.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440
