We are looking for a Commercial Operations Lead who is highly collaborative to join our US Immunology Patient Value Unit (Rheumatology), based in our office in Smyrna, GA. This is a hybrid role (at least 40% of the time in office),
As the Commercial Operations Lead, you'll be at the heart of executing UCB's Rheumatology strategy in the U.S. This high-impact role connects strategy with action-driving field readiness, aligning teams, and enabling seamless execution of key initiatives. You'll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, L&D, and Business Analytics to bring our go-to-market plans to life. From launch planning and sales team alignment to training, targeting, and incentive compensation-you'll help ensure everything is in place for the field to perform at its best, all while maintaining full compliance with UCB policies and regulations.
Who you'll work with:
In this highly collaborative role, you'll work across a dynamic network of internal partners to deliver results. You'll be a key connector between Sales, Marketing, and the Insights to Impact team-which includes Business Analytics, Commercial Data and Reporting, and Ecosystem Operations. You'll also engage closely with stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, Market Access, Operations, and Learning & Development. This is a highly collaborative role where your ability to connect teams and streamline efforts will directly support the success of the Rheumatology portfolio.
What you will do:
• Optimize field execution via IC plans, targeting, alignment, and sales tools (e.g., NBA, Veeva, View360).
• Develop KPIs and data visualizations to monitor and drive commercial performance.
• Manage cross-functional planning and execution of Patient Impact meetings and related initiatives.
• Develop and execute a field communication strategy to enhance engagement, execution, and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of business priorities.
• Manage budgets for respective initiatives to ensure fiscal accountability.

Minimum requirements:
• 8+ years in pharma with experience leading and influencing high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree
Preferred requirements:
• Experience across sales, marketing, analytics, or operations in dynamic commercial environments.
• Proven success in agile, matrixed environments with strong collaboration and leadership skills.
• Skilled in commercial planning, data analysis, targeting, and business execution tools.
• Strong executive presence with bold, proactive, and hands-on leadership style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high ethical and professional standards.
