What you will be doing:
- Handling commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery requests
- Managing all phases of discovery including depositions and document review
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trials
- Developing case strategy and providing clients with legal advice
- Collaborating with partners and attorneys on complex litigation matters
What you need to bring:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Four to ten years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong motion practice, discovery management and courtroom experience
- Stable work history with no more than two firms throughout your career
