Responsibilities: - Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research and drafting of various pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client communications
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advice
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas state Bar and in good standing
- 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
