Job Title: Commercial Journeyman Electrician
Company: Elemental Commercial Services
Location: Denver Metro / Front Range, Colorado, with travel to surrounding states
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $42.00-$50.00 per hour
Travel: Required for select out-of-state jobs

Position Summary

This role is built for a licensed journeyman who knows commercial work, understands jobsite expectations, and can perform at a high level across tenant improvement, commercial new construction, industrial, and data center environments. You will work with foremen and project teams to deliver quality installations, maintain schedule, and mentor less experienced field personnel when needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install conduit, cable tray, feeders, branch circuits, lighting, controls, gear, and associated electrical systems
  • Read and work from blueprints, specifications, schedules, and electrical plans
  • Perform layout, rough-in, trim, device installation, equipment hookups, and final punch work
  • Maintain workmanship standards and deliver code-compliant installations
  • Coordinate daily work with foremen, project managers, and other trades
  • Identify jobsite issues early and communicate them clearly
  • Support apprentices with training and field guidance
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Travel as required for assigned out-of-state projects
