Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience or a 2-year technical degree with field experience
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Hot Work Certification
• High school diploma plus vocational or technical HVAC/R program completion
• State or municipal refrigeration/mechanical license where required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
• Ability to work independently and provide outstanding customer service

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Service rooftop units, walk-in coolers, and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using diagrams and specifications
• Recover, recycle, and recharge refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations
• Repair and replace HVAC components like compressors and valves
• Read blueprints, piping diagrams, and equipment schematics
• Complete service documentation accurately and communicate with customers
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment
