Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Commission CaptiveAire Equipment by testing airflows and product functions.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on various commercial mechanical systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Communicate professionally with managers and property owners about system issues and repairs.
  • Adhere strictly to EPA regulations and company safety standards.

Full Job Description
$4,000 Signing bonus!!!

This position will service Montana & surrounding areas

Salary
  • $75,000+/ year based on experience
  • Overtime potential
  • Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits

Note: Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check and a negative drug screen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning of CaptiveAire Equipment: Verifying CAS products operate as designed by testing airflows, reviewing installations, testing product functions by connecting laptops and running automated test, and physical testing of all equipment.
  • Service & Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems.
  • Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and perform routine preventive maintenance on various commercial mechanical systems to ensure optimal efficiency and operation.
  • Diagnostics: Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose complex system issues.
  • Customer Care: Communicate clearly and professionally with facility managers, property owners, and team members regarding system status, required repairs, and maintenance recommendations.
  • Compliance & Safety: Strict adherence to EPA regulations and company safety standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems, or related experience.
  • Certifications
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required)
  • OSHA 10 Certification (suggested)
  • EPA Universal Certification (suggested)
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of single/three-phase electrical systems, ability to read commercial wiring schematics, refrigeration cycles.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift independently, up to 50 lbs., work on ladders/roofs, tight spaces, and perform work in varied weather conditions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal/written communication skills, and must be a safety minded individual.
  • Clean and Professional appearance: Company uniforms are provided and required.
  • Training: New hire training will require a 1-week course at our R&D facility located in PA. Ability to travel with be required.
