Compensation: $90,000-$120,000/year DOE
We're looking for an experienced
Service Manager who thrives in the field, enjoys mentoring technicians, and knows how to keep commercial service operations running efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside a skilled team, support major commercial clients, and help drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do
• Support technicians by troubleshooting complex commercial HVAC issues in the field
• Visit customer sites to provide technical leadership and resolve service challenges
• Coordinate daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow priorities
• Build strong relationships with customers, technicians, vendors, and office staff
• Oversee onboarding and documentation for new commercial service accounts
• Ensure work meets company quality, safety, and performance standards
• Assist with job costing, documentation, and operational tracking
• Mentor technicians and help develop the next generation of HVAC talent
What We're Looking For
•
10+ years of commercial HVAC experience • Strong expertise with
chillers, boilers, and commercial RTUs • Leadership experience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, Supervisor, or Service Manager
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using mobile technology, documentation apps, and digital reporting tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A leader who stays calm under pressure and leads by example
