This role will be based in San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, D.C. or New York City.

In this role, you will focus on addressing the novel and complex legal and business issues that confront a fast-growing company committed to innovation. You will work primarily with our marketing business teams, negotiating revenue-generating advertising transactions and incentive deals.

Responsibilities:
3Independently draft, review and negotiate ad sales-related agreements for LinkedIn's Marketing Solutions team. Representative agreements include advertising insertion orders, media, strategic partnership, sponsorship, and non-disclosure agreements.
3Lead negotiation calls with customers.
3Collaborate with LinkedIn's Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams on internal approvals and escalations to ensure sales transactions are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes.
3Act as a business partner to the LinkedIn marketing sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure timely management and closure of sales opportunities.
3Drive internal projects that create leverage and scalable processes to optimize contract negotiation and management services that drive business results.
3Provide support to senior attorneys as needed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
3JD from an ABA-accredited law school
33+ years' experience practicing as an attorney, including 2+ years of experience in online/digital advertising transactions (Ad-Tech)
Preferred Qualifications:
3Experience with negotiating the IAB standard terms and conditions
3Demonstrated ability to manage various deals and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
3Ability to build strong relationships with teams across various disciplines and seniority levels
3Experience with negotiating the IAB standard terms and conditions
3A proficient understanding of global data privacy and security frameworks
3Provides exceptional customer service
3Exercises sound business judgment and escalates material issues to senior attorneys as needed
3Sense of humor and positive "can-do" attitude.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
