JobSummary
In this role, you will own our customer Master ServiceAgreements (MSAs) from first conversation through signature, renewal, andexpansion. You'll partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Purchasing toclear roadblocks, negotiate sound terms, and extend coverage across ourlocations, while also supporting vendor and general business contracts. Successmeans agreements that move quickly, customer work that starts on time, andgrowing MSA coverage with the customers we already serve.
KeyResponsibilities & Outcomes
• Own theMSA lifecycle. Drive customer MSAs from intake through execution,implementation, renewal, and amendment with clear ownership and minimal delays.
• Keep workmoving. Review SOWs, PO releases, and work authorizations against thegoverning MSA so approved work can begin promptly.
• Grow MSAcoverage. Partner with Outside Sales to find uncovered entities andlocations, set priorities and next steps, and follow through.
• Negotiateand manage risk. Negotiate routine commercial terms within approvedplaybooks, weigh pricing and margin with Finance, and escalate material legalrisk to counsel.
• Supportvendor and business agreements. Evaluate vendor distribution agreementswith Purchasing and coordinate staffing, contractor, NDA, and other businesscontracts.
• Delivervisibility. Maintain the contract repository and pipeline, track renewals,and report to leadership on status, coverage, and opportunities.
• Buildbetter processes. Improve templates, playbooks, and workflows to makecontracting faster and more consistent.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, legalstudies, operations, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
• 5+ years in contract management, commercial orlegal operations, procurement, vendor management, pricing, or a relatedfunction, including managing agreements from negotiation through renewal.
• Preferred: B2B contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, orvendor agreements; work with Outside Sales and multi-location customers;industrial, technical services, or distribution background; contractingcertification or paralegal certificate.

• Reads contract language, spots commercial andoperational risk, and knows when to escalate.
• Influences without authority and drives actionacross teams and outside organizations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization,and business judgment tied to revenue and margin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract,CRM, or workflow systems.
