Travel: Primarily Texas-based projects with occasional out-of-state travel

We are seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned field leader with a strong background in
tenant improvements, interior renovations, electrical construction, and MEP coordination. The ideal candidate knows how to take ownership of the jobsite, lead multiple trades, maintain aggressive schedules, and deliver high-quality work while keeping safety at the forefront.
Most projects will be located throughout
Texas, with occasional out-of-state travel required. Candidates residing in the
Dallas-Fort Worth area are strongly preferred.
What You'll DoField Leadership & Project Management- Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and field personnel
- Lead daily and weekly field coordination meetings
- Develop and maintain efficient workflow to keep critical-path schedules on track
- Identify field challenges early and work with the Project Manager and trade partners to develop solutions
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards
Electrical & MEP Oversight- Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors and other MEP trades
- Review electrical blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Coordinate electrical rough-ins, panel tie-ins, low-voltage systems, and final lighting hookups
- Coordinate electrical activities with mechanical and plumbing trades
- Identify conflicts between trades and help drive field resolutions
Tenant Improvements & Interior Renovations- Oversee commercial tenant improvements and interior build-outs
- Coordinate framing, drywall, finishes, fixtures, and associated trades
- Manage work in occupied or multi-tenant commercial environments while helping minimize disruption to business operations
Safety, Quality & Inspections- Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture
- Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA requirements and project-specific safety plans
- Perform quality-control inspections and ensure work meets drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate municipal building and electrical inspections
- Drive punch-list completion and successful project turnover
Project Documentation- Maintain accurate daily field reports and project documentation
- Track as-built drawings and field changes
- Coordinate with Project Management on RFIs and change orders
- Utilize project management, scheduling, and digital reporting tools
What We're Looking ForRequired- 7+ years of commercial and/or industrial construction experience
- Proven experience working in a Lead, Supervisor, General Foreman, or Superintendent capacity
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong experience with tenant improvements and interior renovations
- Experience overseeing and coordinating a full range of MEP trades
- Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical and architectural blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, safety, quality control, and field operations
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple subcontractors and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening
- Must be willing to travel occasionally for out-of-state projects
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English
Preferred- OSHA 30-Hour certification
- Electrical trade background or Journeyman-level experience
- Previous Superintendent credentials/experience
- Procore or similar construction management software experience
- Microsoft Office and digital field-reporting experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable
