Commercial Analytics Manager

Duties:Design approach and perform secondary data analytics to support strategic decision making. Lead analytical execution by implementing solutions, ensuring progress per timelines and scope, and coordinatingreadout ofresults.Work crossfunctionally to synthesize findings, developrecommendationsand articulate actionable insights to stakeholders. Provide senior leadership and brand teams with an objective and rigorous perspective on secondary data analytics and performance management. Develop and deliver analysis using complex data sources including hcp and account level demand data, claims data, electronic medical records data, specialty pharmacy data to generate a holistic,objectiveand detailed understanding of the brand. Manage relationships with external vendors to prioritize business needs and enable effective execution of analytics. Enhance the capabilities of the commercial data and analytics team by researching and implementing new analytical tools, methodologies, internal and external bestpracticesand new data sources. May telecommute.

Requirements:Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a project lead  related occupation. The position also requires 4 years in thefollowing: Data AnalyticsutilizingSQL andPython; Data Visualization including Tableau or PowerBI; Identifymultiple secondary data sources including IQVIA, CMS, Lab Data to address various key business questions to enable brand performance. Understand the strengths and limitations of different analytical approaches and their findings and customize and implement how to use the various data sources for each use case; Project Management for managing relationships with external vendors to prioritize business needs and enable execution of analytics; Provide leadership and brand teams with an objective and rigorous perspective on secondary data analytics and performance management; Consolidate multiple insights to create an impactful story to drive strategic business decisions; and Leverage data to identify and recommend areas of opportunity to enhance business performance.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
