Comfort Advisor – High-Earning Sales Opportunity

Legacy Heating and Air

Compensation

$120,000 – $250,000+ per year (uncapped commission)

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating, cooling, and plumbing needs
  • Present customized solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and overall home performance
  • Deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations that clearly communicate value
  • Build trust with customers through honesty, integrity, and a consultative sales approach
  • Prepare accurate proposals and secure signed agreements
  • Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with prospects to close opportunities
  • Conduct or learn heat load and loss calculations to properly size systems
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet customer needs
What You’ll Bring
  • 4+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing system sales experience with a proven track record
  • Experience in related industries such as kitchen/bath, windows, siding, roofing, insulation, or home performance is a plus
  • BPI, NCI, or similar certifications preferred
