Collision Estimator$70k-$100k, Salary RangeClassic Collision is now hiring a
Collision Estimator. Classic Collision offers competitive pay, benefits, and career advancement opportunities. The salary range for this position is commission based and dependent on expected sales volume.
Responsibilities- Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
- Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
- Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
- Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
- Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
- Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
- Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
- Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
- I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills
- Successful completion of background check required.
