What you'll be doingYou'll be joining CIBC's Collaboration Services team. You'll be responsible for providing administration, governance, operational support, and technical expertise for Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and related platform capabilities. You'll support enterprise-wide platform adoption by maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant environments, implementing governance controls, and enabling business innovation through low-code solutions and collaboration technologies. You'll investigate and resolve technical issues, manage escalations, support service reliability, and collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver operational excellence. In addition, you'll support integrations with Microsoft 365 collaboration services including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Purview, and Information Protection capabilities such as Sensitivity Labels while ensuring alignment with enterprise security, compliance, privacy, and risk management requirements.

How you'll succeed- Production Support -Provide administration and operational support for Power Platform and SharePoint Online services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio. Investigate and resolve incidents, environment issues, connector challenges, licensing concerns, and user requests. Manage and prioritize operational tasks, monitor platform health, administer environments, maintain DLP policies, and support tenant configurations. Contribute to the Power Platform Center of Excellence(CoE) and implement preventative measures to enhance stability, governance, security, and user adoption.
- Partnership-Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to drive adoption of Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor on governance, environment strategy, security, ALM, and integration. Support training and adoption, ensuring solutions meet organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.
- Projects Delivery-Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies. Support platform design, implementation, governance, and operational readiness. Assess changes, evaluate solutions, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk standards. Collaborate with teams to establish ALM practices, deployment pipelines, and governance controls. Research emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements for platform capabilities and user productivity.
Who you are- You can demonstrate 4+ years experience in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, platform administration, environment management, governance frameworks, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, Center of Excellence (CoE) implementation, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), managed solutions, deployment pipelines, and enterprise solution enablement. You have experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration services such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Purview, and Information Protection technologies including Sensitivity Labels. You possess strong troubleshooting, operational support, stakeholder engagement, governance, and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms in a large and complex organization. Microsoft Power Platform certifications and experience supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform deployments are considered strong assets.
