Proficient in FANUC multi-axis controls.

Ability to troubleshoot machining problems effectively.

Location: Chino, CA Conveniently located with access to 60, 71, 57 freeways.
Experience Required: • 3+ years of setup and programming experience with Swiss-type lathes such as Tsugami, Citizen, Star, Tornos or twin spindle lathes. • Proficiency using FANUC multi-axis controls
Responsibilities: • Understand customers' machining needs and produce proof of concepts and sample parts quickly using our machine tools. • Analyze part blueprints, recommend machining strategies, select machine & tooling and workholding. • Design fixtures, part grippers, program tool paths, and setup jobs • Create part programs directly on control or using offline software, create setup sheets • Run first article inspection, optimize program to meet cycle time, tool life, and quality requirements • Troubleshoot basic machine problems, ensure quick turnaround, keep workplace organized • Help sales team prepare presentations of recommended machine tool
