Qualifications

• HS diploma + 7 years experience or Bachelor’s degree + 1 year experience
• 2+ years of CMT experience in soils, concrete, or asphalt testing preferred
• Preferred ACI, NICET, and/or TxDOT certifications
• Solid computer skills in MS Office and data testing programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with numerical comfort
• Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit for long periods
• Clean background check

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as TWE's primary contact
• Draft proposals, secure project numbers, and set up projects efficiently
• Coordinate team assignments, ensuring proper staffing and training
• Review, sign, and distribute reports while managing billing processes
• Identify and pursue business growth opportunities within existing client relationships
• Establish and uphold safety standards on job sites and in the office
