ERP International, LLC (www.erpinternational.com) is currently seeking a Full Time experienced Cloud Security & Zero Trust Architect to support enterprise cloud modernization, cybersecurity transformation, and secure digital service initiatives within large federal environments.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and technical leadership across cloud security architecture, Zero Trust implementation, identity integration, security engineering, governance, and risk management activities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders responsible for modernizing enterprise applications, data platforms, and digital services while maintaining strong cybersecurity and compliance standards.

Pay Range: $190,000 – $250,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will fall within this range and will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Security Architecture
- Design and evaluate secure cloud architectures supporting enterprise systems and digital services.
- Develop cloud security reference architectures, design patterns, and implementation guidance.
- Assess cloud environments for security risks and compliance requirements.
- Support migration and modernization initiatives involving cloud-native and hybrid solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security requirements into solution designs.
Zero Trust Strategy & Implementation
- Support development and implementation of Zero Trust strategies and roadmaps.
- Evaluate enterprise architectures against Zero Trust principles and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen authentication, authorization, segmentation, and access controls.
- Support implementation of security controls across users, devices, applications, workloads, and data.
- Assist organizations in measuring and maturing Zero Trust capabilities.
Cloud Governance & Compliance
- Develop and maintain cloud security policies, standards, and governance processes.
- Support compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements and cloud security frameworks.
- Participate in security assessments, architecture reviews, and compliance evaluations.
- Collaborate with governance teams to address cloud-related risks and findings.
- Support audit readiness activities for cloud-hosted solutions.
Security Engineering & Operations
- Support implementation of secure configuration baselines and security controls.
- Evaluate emerging cloud security technologies and capabilities.
- Assist with vulnerability management, monitoring, and threat mitigation activities.
- Support integration of security tooling into cloud environments.
- Participate in incident response planning and recovery activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide technical guidance to program leaders, engineers, architects, and cybersecurity teams.
- Develop executive briefings, architectural decision documents, and modernization recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and technical discussions regarding cloud security strategies.
- Support enterprise planning efforts related to modernization and cybersecurity transformation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of cybersecurity, cloud security, or enterprise architecture experience.
- 3+ years supporting cloud security architecture or cloud modernization initiatives.
- Experience designing or securing large-scale cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.

- Experience supporting data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity governance initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale modernization efforts involving cloud-native technologies.
