Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer, Senior
The Opportunity:

You9ll closely collaborate with fellow Cloud architects and engineers specializing in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support, deploy, and optimize Cloud solution components. You9ll have the chance to work within a DevOps framework to manage and deploy container applications and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission. With access to our internal AWS labs, you9ll have the space and time to explore different ways of solving our clients9 problems, and you9ll partner with stakeholders and your team to deliver the right technical solutions. Whether modernizing legacy computing platforms and applications or creating new ones from scratch, you9ll have the latest tech and brightest teammates at your fingertips.

You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience supporting operations and maintenance for secure DoD information management systems
  • 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services
  • 1+ years of experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces
  • 1 + years of experience with scripting languages, including Bash, Ansible, or YAML
  • 1+ years of experience hardening government systems following STIG requirements
  • 1+ years of experience with the Windows Operating System and Active Directory
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Baseline Certification within 30 days of start date

  • Experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual9s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen9s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
