Full Job Description
Accenture Federal Services is searching for a Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to be responsible for fulfilling Tier 1-3 Tenant requests to include monitoring operational environments, provisioning Tenant VPCs, configuring roles, addressing tenant access requests, and escalating service requests as required.

Responsibilities
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology related area of study and 3 years of experience implementing security principles and administering IT systems or 6 years of experience with any of the following technologies:
    • Experience administrating cloud environments
    • Experience supporting operations and maintenance for secure information management systems, including monitoring network availability and performing necessary maintenance to support network availability and network security measures
    • Experience with scripting languages including Bash, Ansible, or YAML
    • Experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces
    • Experience with Amazon Web Services, containers
    • Experience with the Windows Operating System and Active Directory
    • Experience with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevSecOps and continuous delivery environment using automation and tools such as terraform
    • Experience with Platform as a Service Technology to include Kubernetes
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary.
  • Security+ certification

Nice to have:
  • Compliance with DoDD 8570.01-M IA certifications; IAT Level II baseline and computing environment certifications such as an AWS certification within 30 days of starting

  • An active TS/SCI is required to start

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
