Technical Ownership: Manage the delivery of quality, sustainable solutions while defining best practices and engineering standards.
Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, leading technical discussions to translate business needs into architectural designs.
Hands-on Problem Solving: Actively contribute to code and troubleshoot complex issues in challenging client environments.

Qualifications & Skills

C#/.NET: Strong proficiency and experience in the last three years (to meet the needs of a current client)
Polyglot Proficiency: Strong proficiency in a few modern languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Java).
Architectural Mastery: Deep knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
Cloud Depth: Demonstrable experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Modern Patterns: Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture.
