How you'll make an impact in this role- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Data Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Data Operations.
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience managing engineering or operations teams.
- Proven track record supporting enterprise-level production systems with high availability and operational excellence requirements.
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage).
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation/observability tools.
- Experience with enterprise operational tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (Power BI, Looker).
- Demonstrated passion for AI-assisted engineering practices and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
