Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona is mandatory.
• 3+ years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
• Experience in ABA early intervention is essential.
• Background in child development or early childhood education is ideal.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are necessary.
• Comfortable using computers and tablets for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate growth and development of new trainees in local centers after centralized training.
• Evaluate RBT competency for both new and current staff continually.
• Support case supervisors in enhancing their clinical skills.
• Provide weekly supervision focused on RBT training in initial 6 weeks.
• Lead group training sessions for new trainees at their center.
• Teach ESDM practices and ABA strategies, including data collection and evidence-based methods.
• Conduct monthly fidelity checks for RBTs to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate supervision requirements to BCBAs in regular meetings.
• Plan and organize quarterly continuing education events for staff.
• Act as a clinical leader in absence of the Partner Clinician.
