  • Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff.
  • Coordinate staffing schedules and workflows for efficient patient care.
  • Partner with clinic leadership on hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with FQHC, OSHA, and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness.
  • Monitor EHR workflows, patient access, and clinical inboxes.
  • Manage vaccine programs, inventory, and departmental supplies.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve operational needs.
  • Support departmental budgeting and performance improvement initiatives.

Lead. Mentor. Improve Patient Care.

What You'll do

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead daily clinical operations across three clinic sites (El Monte, East LA, Maywood)
  • Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff
  • Coordinate staffing schedules and workflow to support efficient patient care
  • Partner with clinic leadership on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with FQHC, accreditation, OSHA, infection prevention, and organizational standards
  • Oversee quality improvement initiatives, audits, and regulatory readiness
  • Monitor EHR workflows, patient access, wait lists, no-shows, and clinical inboxes
  • Manage vaccine programs, inventory, medical equipment, and departmental supplies
  • Ensure daily equipment log sheets are completed and maintained, verifying that all clinical equipment is inspected, calibrated, fully functional, and compliant with operational standards
  • Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Human Resources, and other departments to resolve operational needs
  • Support departmental budgeting, productivity, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives

    • Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program
    • Family Planning Program
    • Adolescent Care
    • Chronic Disease Management
  • Pediatric Department
    • CHDP Program
    • Immunization Program


What We're Looking For
