What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities as a BCBA• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans as a BCBA
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA)
• Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) under BCBA guidance
• Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For
BCBA Qualifications• Active BCBA certification required
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ABA therapy
• Strong leadership and communication skills expected of a BCBA
