Job Description

Moog Medical Devices Group specializes in designing, manufacturing, and distributing industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through substantial investment in research and development and leveraging our extensive expertise, we meticulously design and develop advanced infusion systems that enhance medication safety, optimize application performance, and effectively reduce medical expenses.

We are seeking a Clinical Specialist. You will be a trusted resource and frontline contact for Moog Medical Device customers. Using your clinical expertise in infusion nursing, enteral feeding, and home infusion, youll deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and live training - helping customers and end users apply our devices confidently and in accordance with best practices.

Youll work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, regulatory, and R&D teams - acting as the voice of the end user, driving customer satisfaction, and helping customers navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. You will have a remote or hybrid work schedule, depending on your location.

As a Clinical Specialist, you will....
  • Provide live, telephonic, and email clinical support during business hours. Must be available during business hours with rotating after hours back-up support.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and ensure all communications follow quality and regulatory guidelines.
  • Deliver product training to customers and sales teams (virtual & live). This may require support outside of business hours.
  • Customize eLearning programs to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate internally to improve products and resolve customer concerns.
  • Support new product development with clinical insight and user feedback.
  • Attend conferences to represent Moog products.


To be considered for this role, you will need...
  • Registered Nurse; bachelors degree or higher preferred; consideration for Registered Dietitian
  • Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience with emphasis on infusion, enteral feeding, and homecare preferred. Will also consider acute care experience in these areas.
  • Medical device training experience beneficial
  • Travel: ~10-15% domestic travel
  • Exceptional communication skills - able to convey complex clinical information clearly, listen actively, and foster trust with diverse audiences
  • Conflict resolution skills - ability to de-escalate upset callers in stressful situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Strong learning ability to quickly learn new technology and confidently translate technical and clinical product information for end users
  • Compassionate problem-solving skills in a compliance-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Teams, webinar tools. Able to collect, organize and present data as needed.
  • Comfortable with medical devices; able to understand drug conversions, concentrations, and dosing
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and follow instructions in various formats

Salary Range Transparency:
Salt Lake City, UT $90,000.00-$120,000.00 Annually
