Responsible for implementation, maintenance, optimization, and support of assigned clinical applications. Partners with cross functional teams, vendors, and customers to analyze workflows, determine application capabilities, and drive design decisions. Provides application maintenance, develops and executes test plans, and supports implementation efforts. Applies troubleshooting and critical thinking to fulfill customer needs and communicates status effectively and timely.

Key Responsibilities

Issue Resolution

• Independently supports and resolves complex issues in accordance with service expectations and change management policies.
• Takes ownership of escalated issues and collaborates with internal teams and vendors through resolution.
• Follows and may lead enhancement and change management processes.
• Provides scheduled daytime and after-hours on-call coverage.

Operational Support and Improvement

• Researches and communicates options to inform strategy for implementing tools and systems.
• Proactively identifies and advocates for process improvement opportunities.
• Participates in technical and decision-making discussions.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation.
• Completes application build activities for assigned applications and mentors staff on documented release processes.
• Reviews release notes and configures and tests application changes.
• Maintains application standards, certifications, and program requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of healthcare information systems experience including knowledge of HIPPA and applicable regulatory requirements
• A minimum of one year of experience with ServiceNow ITSM
• High school diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively communicates risks and issues and takes appropriate action.
