Position Summary:

The Clinical Sales Specialist drives LifeFlow commercialization within their territory. As the primary sales representative on a coordinated field team, this person leads sales execution and growth, sets account priorities, and owns quota achievement working closely with clinical education and business development partners to build a strong, field-first territory strategy.

Territory covers Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Southern NJ.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan and strategy to meet/exceed quota
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, and direct team activity to support them
  • Spend approximately 4 days each week face-to-face with customers and prospects
  • Cultivate relationships with key account users, influencers, and stakeholders; build champions for LifeFlow
  • Lead presentations, product demos, and stakeholder meetings
  • Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions
  • Coordinate training and education efforts for providers and other stakeholders
  • Maintain strong clinical knowledge of resuscitation and related subject matter
  • Represent 410 Medical at trade shows and local events
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product use, ideas, and improvements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience, ideally in Critical Care, ED, Trauma, or ICU
  • Proven success navigating complex hospital sales environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a cross-functional team without direct authority
  • Strong, clear communication skills
  • A track record of quickly building positive relationships with new people
  • Strong customer-service orientation and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Additional Details

  • Travel required (up to 75%); some weekend and evening work possible
  • Must meet hospital credentialing requirements, including required vaccines
  • Ability to carry a ~25 lb detail bag and stand/walk in hospital settings for 6-10 hours per day
