The Recruiter is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, accountable for developing and executing recruiting plans and utilizing strategies that attract talented professionals. This role is accountable for delivering outcomes for recruitment needs, meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire the right candidates for current needs, and pipelining talent for the future.

- Owns the full recruiting lifecycle while bringing a proactive, market-informed approach to talent acquisition, from sourcing and engaging passive candidates to managing the candidate experience, advising on hiring decisions, and building executive search pipelines for future hiring needs

On the day-to-day, you will:- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
- Develop relationships with managers and executives and build a solid understanding of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications, ensuring strong service delivery and outcomes
- Design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of stakeholders
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
- Build WelbeHealth's employment brand by being an ambassador on social media, recruitment platforms, and across markets and networks
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
Job requirements include:- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; professional experience may be substituted
- Minimum of three (3) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with increasing scope and responsibilities
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience specifically supporting Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapist Assistants, or other rehabilitation related roles
- Experience recruiting for clinical/rehabilitation roles in a high-volume environment strongly preferred
- Ability to source and engage passive rehabilitation talent through multiple channels
- Demonstrated success managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations, delivering outstanding customer service, and serving as a strategic partner
- Demonstrated success creating sourcing and pipelining strategies to fill a variety of roles
- Prior experience in an agency environment plus in-house recruiting preferred
