Job DescriptionProvidence is calling for Clinical Program Manager RN - North Division Clinical Programs - OnsiteIn collaboration with leadership, the Clinical Program Manager RN supports nursing practice, quality initiatives, and clinical improvement efforts across the division. This role is responsible for leading teams in developing and implementing evidence-based nursing and clinical practices, utilizing established standards, research findings, and quality improvement principles.
The Clinical Program Manager RN works with a wide range of stakeholders-including Nursing and Operations leaders, Educators, Quality and Safety leaders, Infection Prevention, Supply Chain, and Physicians-to advance nursing and clinical practice. This position provides expert consultation on nursing standards and regulatory requirements and partners with division and local leaders to create effective communication and implementation strategies for clinical changes. The Clinical Practice Manager will help ensure that best practice evidence is integrated into daily operations, resulting in improved patient outcomes.
Required qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education)
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire or
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 5 years of Nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- 3 years of Clinical practice development, quality, or education experience.
Preferred qualifications:- Ph.D. in Nursing or DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice)

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
