Full-time

FTE: 0.9 - 36hrs. per week

Schedule: Evenings

JOB SUMMARY:

Dispenses and monitors medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified

prescribers and provides interpretation and information education. Provide safe, high

quality pharmaceutical care to the patient. Supports all JCAHO initiatives and programs

and keeps abreast of the changes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A. Education (or equivalent years of experience):

Required for consideration: Pharm.D. or bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 5-year program.

B. Experience (or equivalent education):

No Experience Required

C. Licensure

Required for consideration: Florida Pharmacy
