What You'll Do: 496 Build and maintain trust as a reliable resource for behavioral health care in your community. 496 Collaborate with treatment teams to provide comprehensive care coordination. 496 Identify market strategies and deepen professional relationships to expand Newport Healthcare's reach. 496 Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to uncover needs and create impactful partnerships. 496 Plan and execute engaging presentations tailored to your audience. 496 Respond promptly to service inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and support for families. 496 Participate in team calls and field rides, sharing insights and strategies for success.
Essential Duties:- Develop and execute quarterly and annual performance objectives for your target market.
- Document meaningful activities in our contact database to track progress.
- Plan and attend facility tours, professional weekends, and networking events to showcase Newport Healthcare.
- Manage expenses and assist with client assessments (if licensed).

What Makes You a Great Fit 393 Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or closely related field OR minimum two (2) years of direct experience in a behavioral health setting/pharmaceutical sales.
4AC Experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment.
4C8 Extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and delivering marketing strategies to meet objectives.
31F Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
This positions pays $100K - 118K/YR., DOE
