Position SummaryThe Clinical Orthopedics Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and integration of human and material resources necessary to care for a population of patients receiving designated orthopaedic surgical procedures and participate in planning and decision making that impacts these programs.
Requirements- Licensed Physical Therapist, Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington
- Bachelor of Science degree required, advanced degree or certification in related field preferred
- Specialized education and training in general orthopaedic surgical procedures including spine, joint replacement and fracture repair (i.e., coursework or clinical training)
- Three to five years experience; preferably in orthopedic acute care hospital setting CPR
- Project management experience preferred
- Budgetary and managerial experience preferred

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $94,889.60 - $136,572.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
