What You’ll Do

The Clinical Operations Manager works in collaboration with the Operations Manager and other team members to oversee treatment services for their assigned program, ensuring delivery of the highest-quality patient care. As a central partner to both the clinical and operations teams, the Clinical Operations Manager helps create a safe, responsive, and healing environment that allows staff to thrive and patients to feel supported every step of the way. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Hiring, training, and scheduling clinical and direct care staff
  • Developing and implementing a clinical program schedule that provides a structured therapeutic experience for patients
  • Supporting the client and family experience and successful patient outcomes through consistent communication and attention to family needs
  • Fostering a culture of accountability and excellence by ensuring compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and safety requirements
  • Leading monthly all-staff meetings and facilitating treatment team and clinical supervision meetings
  • Becoming certified as a CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Trainer within your first 30 days, after which you’ll lead and reinforce CPI and deescalation training across assigned teams

  • Minimum two years of relevant clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, and families with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring diagnoses, including one year in a residential treatment setting (preferred)
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or management role (preferred)

Compensation Range: $92,000 - $124,000
