Clinical Informatics Systems Product Manager The Opportunity: Join Booz Allen's team to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise clinical informatics systems. You'll partner with researchers, business owners, and technical teams to define requirements, manage COTS product lifecycles, and ensure systems support clinical, operational, and regulatory needs. You will work with technical teams to gather and translate business requirements and workflows into actionable work items. You will manage product backlogs and oversee COTS lifecycle activities including requirements, design, configuration, validation, testing, and O&M. Coordinate with vendors and internal SMEs to implement, maintain, and optimize systems. Support upgrades, patches, issue resolution, and cross system integrations. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks. Communicate updates, risks, and impacts to stakeholders and support training and adoption. You Have: • 8+ years of experience in product or project management in technical, clinical, or regulated settings • Experience with clinical research or regulated system requirements such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 • Experience with clinical informatics platforms including eTMF and QMS • Knowledge of CSV, CSA, and regulated system documentation • Public Trust • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health informatics, or business • PMP Certification Nice If You Have: • Experience managing cross-functional teams • Experience with SaaS, on-prem, or hybrid enterprise systems • Experience coordinating vendor activities or integrations • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements • Possession of strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
