How you'll make an impact in this role- System Design & Optimization : Lead the analysis, design, and evaluation of clinical information systems (including EMRs) to meet organizational needs and maximize patient safety and experience.
- Compliance & Policy Development : Establish and enforce information system policies and procedures that ensure strict compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
- Training & Competency Validation : Design and deliver comprehensive training materials, validate clinician competencies, and onboard new providers to ensure seamless technology adoption.
- Change Management & Collaboration : Serve as a strategic agent of change by recruiting clinicians for collaborative work group and promoting organizational alignment with optimized digital workflows.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Previous imaging experience
