Full Job Description
As a Clinical & Financial Performance Senior Manager you will lead initiatives that align clinical performance with financial outcomes, improving total cost of care, quality results, and revenue integrity. Your primary responsibilities may include: • Identify and address cost drivers through care standardization and variation reduction • Lead quality management initiatives including regulatory performance, patient safety, and incentives • Partner with finance and clinical leaders on revenue cycle, documentation integrity, and payment alignment Travel • As needed, could be up to 80% Here's what you need: • Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost-of-care transformation, quality improvement, or clinical finance • Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with cost accounting, service-line economics, or payer payment models • Exposure to quality programs (Stars, HEDIS, CMS, state regulatory measures) • Experience partnering with CFO, finance, or revenue cycle leadership • Strong analytical skills linking clinical levers to financial outcomes Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
