Location: San Francisco Bay Area ( Los Altos & San Mateo)

A growing, mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking a Clinical Director to lead two outpatient clinics serving adults with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) in the San Francisco Peninsula. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in growing organizations and enjoys building programs, developing teams, and driving high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership across two outpatient behavioral health clinics

Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday.
Setting: Integrated Outpatient
