This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company's locations: Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club, set outside of Austin, TX.

The Clinical Director provides strategic leadership, oversight, and delivery of a high-touch concierge medicine program serving Driftwood Golf and Ranch Club members. This role combines exceptional clinical care with personalized health management, preventive medicine, care coordination, and member relationship management. The Clinical Director ensures members receive timely, comprehensive, and individualized healthcare services while maintaining the highest standards of quality, professionalism, discretion, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership
  • Provide direct primary and preventive medical care to private members under the direction of the Medical Director.
  • Develop and oversee individualized health and wellness plans tailored to each member's goals and medical needs.
  • Establish clinical protocols, standards of care, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead multidisciplinary care teams, including EMT's, nurses, wellness specialists, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Member Care & Experience
  • Deliver a premium concierge healthcare experience with exceptional responsiveness and accessibility.
  • Offer same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with members and their families.
  • Provide personalized health and wellness coaching and proactive disease prevention strategies.

Care Coordination
  • Coordinate specialty referrals, diagnostics, hospital admissions, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with external healthcare providers, specialists, and healthcare institutions on behalf of members.
  • Ensure continuity of care across all healthcare settings.

Program Operations
  • Manage clinical operations and resource allocation within the concierge practice.
  • Participate in strategic planning, program growth, and service enhancement initiatives.
  • Monitor quality outcomes, member satisfaction, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with budgeting, staffing, and operational planning.

Professional Standards
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding member information.
  • Stay current on advances in preventive medicine, personalized healthcare, and concierge medicine best practices.
  • Represent the organization professionally within the healthcare community.
  • Maintain active medical license in the state of Texas.


Qualifications

Education & Licensure

Experience

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
