Job Description: Clinical Director

As a Clinical Director, you play a vital role in overseeing the assessments and care plans of our Inclusion and Intervention Classrooms at each Center. Your leadership and expertise ensure the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to our clients. You will supervise the In-Clinic Managers, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance and support to our clinical team. Your commitment to best practices in ABA therapy helps improve the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the in-home and in-clinic clinical services, ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic's operations.
• Provide supervision, support, and professional development opportunities to In-Clinic Managers, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to initiate and maintain ongoing service delivery for clients.
• Develop and implement processes to support BCBA job duties and maintain high clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the clinical team.
• Complete state paperwork and assist in providing written information for grants that support the inclusion program.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special education, psychology, or a related field.
• Possess Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Possess Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst certification in good standing with the State of Ohio.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a BCBA, with a strong background in providing direct care to individuals with ASD.
• Experience in a leadership or management role for an ABA provider is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and meetings effectively.
• Familiarity with multiple funding sources for ABA services is advantageous.
• Proficiency in ABA data collection and practice management systems, is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining confidential records and preparing reports.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
• Flexibility in schedule, including the ability to work irregular hours and weekends when necessary.
• Must meet physical requirements, including lifting clients or equipment and utilizing physical management techniques when needed.
• Possession of a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
