Core Duties- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs and RBTs
- Support clinician development through coaching and mentorship
- Ensure consistency in clinical standards and documentation
- Conduct performance evaluations and accountability conversations
- Monitor clinical quality and team performance metrics
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Partner with leadership on operational and strategic priorities
- Assist with parent concerns and clinical escalations
Requirements- BCBA certification required
- Ohio COBA licensure required
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- 3+ years of BCBA experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
