Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing (required).
• Minimum 3 years of dialysis experience; at least 1 year in a supervisory, educator, or clinical coordinator role preferred.
• Familiarity with CMS Conditions for Coverage and dialysis compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations in the Modera region.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for dialysis operations within assigned clinics, ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Support patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Conduct audits, monitor outcomes, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Mentor and train nursing and technical staff on best practices and company standards.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, clinic managers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care and performance.
• Oversee the implementation of policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new clinic openings and ensure compliance readiness.
