Mission

Be the clinical user's advocate within IBA Dosimetry by providing expert clinical input across product development and validation, ensuring our solutions reflect real-world radiation therapy workflows and applicability, user needs, and future trends.

The mission is to support all internal departments and customers with deep clinical expertise and bridge clinical practice and development by translating clinical requirements into high-quality product specifications and guiding the evolution of clinical solutions.

Clinical Strategy and Vision

  • Represent clinical workflows, use cases, and applicability expertise within IBA Dosimetry.
  • Identify clinical trends and emerging needs.
  • Listen to the market, identify opportunities, and communicate relevant insights.
  • Provide input to Product Managers and/or Technical Leads to support the development of business cases for new or existing products, contributing to the definition of a long-term vision for our radiation therapy solutions.
  • Guide the evolution of clinical solutions based on current clinical practice and future needs.


Requirements and Development

  • Provide clinical input throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback.
  • Translate clinical workflows into product requirements, highlighting strengths, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Identify internal and external stakeholders, gather their input, and translate it into product requirements.
  • When needed, maintain requirements and related documentation.
  • Participate as an active member of the product development team.
  • Drive and contribute to design reviews throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Support the first clinical use and implementation of new solutions.


Customer and Internal Support

  • Support customers in the application and optimal use of IBA Dosimetry products.
  • Provide clinical expertise to Sales, Marketing, R&D, Service, Regulatory, and Training teams.
  • Contribute to clinical training, documentation, product demonstrations, and customer feedback programs.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external networks and assess partnership opportunities.

Approximate Salary Range: $88,000 - $116,000

Variable Pay: Profit sharing, time-based compensation, "above & beyond" award, referral rewards
