The mission is to support all internal departments and customers with deep clinical expertise and bridge clinical practice and development by translating clinical requirements into high-quality product specifications and guiding the evolution of clinical solutions.
Clinical Strategy and Vision- Represent clinical workflows, use cases, and applicability expertise within IBA Dosimetry.
- Identify clinical trends and emerging needs.
- Listen to the market, identify opportunities, and communicate relevant insights.
- Provide input to Product Managers and/or Technical Leads to support the development of business cases for new or existing products, contributing to the definition of a long-term vision for our radiation therapy solutions.
- Guide the evolution of clinical solutions based on current clinical practice and future needs.
Requirements and Development- Provide clinical input throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Collect and analyze user feedback.
- Translate clinical workflows into product requirements, highlighting strengths, opportunities, and challenges.
- Identify internal and external stakeholders, gather their input, and translate it into product requirements.
- When needed, maintain requirements and related documentation.
- Participate as an active member of the product development team.
- Drive and contribute to design reviews throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Support the first clinical use and implementation of new solutions.
Customer and Internal Support- Support customers in the application and optimal use of IBA Dosimetry products.
- Provide clinical expertise to Sales, Marketing, R&D, Service, Regulatory, and Training teams.
- Contribute to clinical training, documentation, product demonstrations, and customer feedback programs.
- Develop and maintain internal and external networks and assess partnership opportunities.

Approximate Salary Range: $88,000 - $116,000
Variable Pay: Profit sharing, time-based compensation, "above & beyond" award, referral rewards
