OB/Gyn experience preferred! GENERAL OBJECTIVES:- Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
- Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
- Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.
- Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses at Valley View Hospital.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education:
- Current RN license in state of Colorado (DORA)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association - AHA)
- ACLS certification preferred. AHA
Skills:
- Good public relations skills.
- Clerical skills, i.e., telephone communication, filing, bill collecting and scheduling appointments.
Experience:
- Previous clinical experience preferred but will require "on the job" training.
- Laboratory and/or X-ray experience preferred.
SALARY RANGE:- $33.99 to $49.98/hour BSN
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
- Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
