Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a
Clinic Manager position. This is full-time 40 hour/week position based out of the St. James Health Center located in San Jose, California.
The Clinic Manager oversees day-to-day operations at the assigned Health Center. The position carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring employees; ensuring employees are properly trained for their roles; planning, assigning and directing work duties; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolve problems. As a team member in Patient Centered Medical Home, the Clinic Manager collaborates with staff members, nursing, Providers and members of the Management Team to maintain high standards of patient care with the patient at the center.

Minimum Qualifications:The minimum qualifications of the position are listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in health care related field, preferred.
- Three (3) years' minimum clinic/hospital management experience, required.
- Management; 5+ years of supervisory experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations as related to community health centers preferred.

Compensation:Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
Clinic Manager: $75,000 - $95,000/annually
