What You'll Do- Provide exceptional physical therapy services and patient care
- Lead and mentor a team of clinical and support staff
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing clinic culture
- Drive clinic growth through patient satisfaction, community relationships, and operational excellence
- Monitor key performance metrics and clinic outcomes
- Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and best practices
What We're Looking For- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Prior outpatient orthopedic experience required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
